The Concord Group provided TIF/TID assistance to the City of Greenfield with preparation of proposed cost estimates for the municipal portion of the project.

The project included the acquisition of approximately 40 acres in Greenfield, the demolition of the existing improvements, installation of new public infrastructure and the preparation of the site for redevelopment into a mixed-use project containing one or more health/fitness, retail, restaurant, multi-family housing and/or office components.
