The Concord Group provided detailed Cost Estimating services at the SD phase for New Trier High School’s approximate $140 Million additions and renovation project, prior to referendum.
We worked closely with the architect to get up to speed quickly with the project and to issue our estimate in a very timely manner. We then reconciled our estimate during an all-day working session to produce a reconciled final budget that the school district felt comfortable putting forward for referendum.
