Facility Condition Assessment

The Concord Group was engaged by the City of Racine to conduct a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) to provide a review of the existing conditions of the physical assets of the City of Racine, which will contribute to the development of a long-term, capital renewal budget. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, exterior envelope, site, and fire and life safety assets were evaluated at City of Racine facilities.
