The intent of the Indian Health Services Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) was to provide a visual inspection of the existing conditions for all physical assets integral to the facilities throughout the tribal grounds. The information gathered from the individual FCAs was compiled to create a Multi-Year Maintenance and Repair Plan for the next ten (10) years.
