East Moline Public Library
The new East Moline Library will be the single largest public services project over the past 60 years for the city of East Moline. The library will have an impact on thousands of residents of the Quad Cities who use the library services each year. This project will feature 16,000 SF of renovation in the existing Triumph Bank Building and include a one-story addition of 4,730 SF. Renovation to the existing building will consist of interior finishes enhancements, HVAC upgrades, electrical and plumbing renovations, envelope and window upgrades, and site improvements.
