ValStone Partners, LLC has moved forward with the acquisition, design, and renovation of Fifth Third Center. The 330,000 SF, 25-floor Class A office building, built in 1933, is in the process of an overall building improvement plan. The scope of this project touches most areas of the building and includes renovation of the 1st floor lobby and retail spaces, 2nd-floor amenity space, new building storefronts and entry, streetscape improvements, exterior façade upgrades, HVAC/Electrical/Fire Protection upgrades, and an elevator modernization. In addition, the project will include demolition and common area/restroom renovations on the upper floors to prepare for new incoming tenants.
