This project consisted of a Property Condition Assessment to the 300,000 SF headquarter building and the 20 acre site. We performed site visit inspections to evaluate the building condition, reviewed documents and plans, collaborated with facility managers to determine the building’s current status, the life cycle of major equipment and the scope of work requirements.
The Concord Group provided the property condition report including the opinion of probable cost of the immediate repairs and the 10 year Deferred Maintenance Plan.
