Commissioning
Commissioning is an essential part of our integrated project delivery process. Our commissioning, re-commissioning and retro-commissioning services include, but are not limited to, new construction, modernization projects, existing buildings and facilities.

Existing Building Commissioning
Existing Building Commissioning (EB-Cx) is an essential strategy to correct operations and maintenance issues. EB-Cx finds low- and no-cost ways to save energy and improve comfort. This process helps address operational, comfort or energy issues by bringing the building back to meet your current facility needs.
Energy Modeling/Life Cycle Costs
We work closely with the client to develop accurate estimates of operation parameters, such as building occupancy and plug loads to ensure the energy model performance is as accurate as possible.
Facility Condition Assessments
Known as FCA, this is a process to document, analyze and benchmark the current condition of an organization’s facility assets. Concord makes FCA's actionable by combining condition data, data visualization and financial analysis to identify capital planning priorities.
